 As part of our continuous attempts to improve our service, we recently launched a new Embalming Service. It is run jointly by Gerard Griffin and Paul Fitzhenry. As Paul is a B.I.E. (British Institute of Embalmers) qualified embalmer, we can issue certification for the repatriation of remains to any part of the world. Paul is also a member of the European Association of Embalmers and regularly attends seminars and lectures to keep abrest of any new developments in the field. We provide a service for other funeral directors on our own premises as well as calling to their premises as the need arises. Our area of operation would normally be within a 60 mile radius of Limerick, but if someone is in need of our service further afield, we will be happy to oblige. As with our funeral service, Mid-West Embalming Service is avbailable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
